Social Command
Data deletion instructions
Last updated: August 25, 2026
Disconnect a Facebook or Instagram account
- Sign in to Social Command and open the affected workspace.
- Find the Connected accounts card.
- Select Disconnect beside the Facebook or Instagram account.
- Confirm the deletion prompt.
This removes the stored provider credentials, imported connected-account metadata, and imported account metric snapshots from this Social Command installation. It does not delete posts already published on Facebook or Instagram.
Revoke Meta access
You can separately revoke Social Command in Facebook's Business Integrations or Apps and Websites settings. Meta-wide revocation can invalidate access for multiple Pages or Instagram accounts authorized by the same person, so Social Command does not perform that broader action when one workspace account is disconnected.
Request account or workspace data deletion
Contact your Social Command workspace administrator or the organization that invited you, using the same business contact channel through which access was provided. State the workspace and account to be deleted. The operator may need to verify your identity and authority before deleting organization-controlled records.
See the Privacy Policy for retention, backup, security, and legal-record limitations.
